I-1B series screw pump is a mono-rod transport pump. This pump
uses the pushing function produced while the screw groove rotates
to carry out the transmission th the liquid or thick slurry.
This pump is suitable for special composition of thick slurry
medium, especially for chemical industry plant, brewery, paper
making mill, tin, pharmacy, and winery etc.
II. I-1B screw pump is divided into
a, b and F type
(1) I-1B(a) is suitable for general
thick slurry medium and neutral edible thick slurry. Its internal
spare parts material is carbon steel and the rubber bushing
is general edible rubber.
(2) I-1B(b) is suitable for acid
and alkaline liquid. It can resist the acid and alkaline liquid
corrosion, its inernal spare parts material is stainless steel,
the rubber bushing is the acid and alkaline resistance liquid,
its internal spare parts and outer case are all made with stainless
steel.
